I ribattini sono applicati in dei fori praticati sulle lamiere da collegare, dentro i quali sono infilati i ribattini stessi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Successivamente tramite l\u2019operazione di\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/sciarravincenzo.blogspot.it\/2008\/11\/scheda-di-lezione-1chiodatura.html\"><strong>ribaditura<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0a freddo del gambo sporgente il collegamento viene assicurato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Fino ad un diametro del gambo di 8 mm gli elementi di fissaggio si definiscono ribattini, mentre per diametri superiori si parla di chiodi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La forza di compressione generata sulle lamiere genera una forza di attrito che ne impedisce lo scorrimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Il giunto cos\u00ec creato \u00e8 idoneo a sopportare forze di taglio e non a trazione; in ogni caso la forza applicata deve essere limitata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Si ricorda che il carico di snervamento,e quindi la tenuta meccanica,&nbsp; \u00e8 maggiore per ribattini in acciaio, e diminuisce rispettivamente per ribattini di alluminio e rame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Classificazione dei ribattini secondo normativa UNI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>I ribattini sono classificati in 9 categorie, dalla UNI 748 alla UNI
